Job 28:3

קֵץ שָׂם לַחֹשֶׁךְ וּלְכָל־תַּכְלִית הוּא חוֹקֵר אֶבֶן אֹפֶל וְצַלְמָוֶת׃

Man puts an end to darkness

and searches out to the farthest limit

the ore in gloom and deep darkness.

Man macht der Finsternis ein Ende

und forscht alles vollkommen aus;

selbst das Gestein, das in Finsternis

und Dunkelheit liegt.

L’uomo ha posto fine alle tenebre,

egli esplora i più profondi recessi,

per trovare le pietre che sono nel buio,

nell’ombra di morte.

Los hombres ponen término a las tinieblas,

lo examinan todo perfectamente,

hasta las piedras que hay en oscuridad

y en sombra de muerte.
